    Request or offer help. Submit a Help Request with what you need, or wait to be matched to a request as a helper member.

    We match you. Our matching engine finds a nearby, reliable helper member and an admin confirms the assignment.
  5. 5
    Service happens, credits move. Once both sides confirm the service was completed, time credits are recorded automatically.
